Whole house tes flood with Paul Davis Restoration

We were able to completely dry this structure in 3 days of drying with the tes system.  We didn't need to cut out any drywall, and kept all the carpet and pad.  The total finished square footage on this house is 3800 sq. ft.  The unfinished basement had 2 inches of standing water.  90 percent of this house was completely saturated.

Huge success for Nautica and the tes system!

Whole house flooded from someone leaving the upstairs bath tub on for 3 days before someone found the flood.

The kitchen subfloor had bubbled under the vinyl.

The paint over the kitchen and hallway.  I ended up pulling all the paint I could.  Paint can be a huge vapor barrier, and in this case we wanted to dry this whole hous out fast, so we pulled it.

We set up the exhaust fan in the master bathroom on the upper floor.  You'll notice that we pulled the vinyl floor to be able to dry the subfloor.
